She was rescued along with a dwarf mini horse and mini donkey 4 years ago. The lady who owned them passed away, and the husband felt it was time to downsize. All three animals were very obese as they lived on lush green grass. Need we say more? The obesity was the demise of Sugar’s two mates leaving them in liver failure. We worked diligently to keep Sugar safe and on a diet… it worked! She is an avid member of our work with not only children, but adults as well! Her favorite trick is to stand at your side and wrap her front leg around your leg! If you sponsor Sugar, you will definitely want to meet her!

Virtually Adopt Sugar

Virtual Adoptions are based on a per month donation of $100, with a term of 12 months, equaling $1200 total for the one-year adoption. Virtual Adoptions may be paid in-full at the beginning of the adoption, or an adopter may pay monthly, with the $100 being due by the 1st of each month.
